Not a Dry Towel in the House

Anyone who's been to Guatemala during rainy season knows it's pretty darn wet. So wet that it's pointless to expect a towel to dry without the aid of a machine. When you turn off the shower in the morning and reach for your towel, it's so damp that you wonder if you have amnesia and just took a shower an hour before. And of course, with the dampness comes mildew, so not only is your towel wet, but it smells moldy, too. Mmmm, good morning!

Therefore: Item #1 I can't wait to get back to the States for (or at least to dry season if we're still here), is a toasty warm towel!

I bet you have a few other things on your list as well.

I'm hoping you guys can push through this junk sooner rather than later.
